International Conference on Stigma

Join us Friday November 18, 2016 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and we explore the stigma, fear, blame, and shame associated with HIV, mental illness and other health conditions. This conference will bring together the affected community, healthcare providers, community activists, faith leaders and others for an exploration of health-related Stigma and research, and interventions to decrease stigma.

Gwendolyn S. and Colbert I. King Endowed Chair in Public Policy Lecture Series Presents "The Making of a Commercial Diplomat". The event will be hosted by The Honorable Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale who served as Assistant Secretary of Commerce in President Obama's Administration and curretly serves as Managing Director at Kroll. This event will be televised on WHUT and kick off a new series titiled "At Howard".
